Can I book a private event at the Cullen Wines Estate?

Yes, we offer bespoke event packages for weddings, corporate retreats, and private celebrations. Please contact our events team via the booking form for availability.

What is your return policy for wine purchases?

If your wine is corked or damaged during transit, please contact us within 14 days of receipt. We will provide a full refund or replacement for any faulty bottles.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we ship directly to customers within Australia. For international inquiries, please contact our distribution partners listed on our global shipping page.

Are your wines certified organic and biodynamic?

Can I change or cancel my event reservation?

Event cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours may incur a fee depending on the event type.
