If your order is damaged or faulty upon arrival, please contact us within 48 hours to arrange a replacement or refund.

Return Process

    Email our guest services team with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue regarding your wine or event booking.

    Attach clear photographs of any damaged packaging or faulty corks to help our quality control team assess the situation.

    Return Authorization

    Once reviewed, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and provide instructions for a complimentary courier pickup if necessary.
